XBEL is the Extensible Bookmark Exchange Language, an XML dialect to exchange electronic bookmarks. If your browser doesn't support XBEL yet, it probably means you've been too lazy to add support or that you're using an evil proprietary browser which is unpossible to fix by nature, like Internet Explorer or Opera.
