The day that Boik became bold

Although I don't quite remember which day, it was a sad day for Bouke's mom. Bouke came to my (welll, actually my mom's) place to get his pretty long hair, including some aging dreads, butchered by BigSmoke.

Photo
It started out with quite a bit of hair still on his head.
Photo
There was really nothing wrong with the hair as it was.
Photo
But that didn't help those first dreads.
Photo
You see? It didn't help them at all.
Photo
In fact, none of the dreads survived the evening.

After getting rid of all the dreads, I performed some more of my special moves. But with restraint. After all, I couldn't just destroy all his hair, now could I? No really, I couldn't.

Is that smile a hopeful or a faithful smile?
Photo
Regardless of his hopes and fears, I seem to be quite enjoying myself.

Now, some parts have less hair. Other parts are hairless.
Photo
Who's that sexy soldier boy? Still a little too much left-over hair though.
Photo
Salute, soldier boy!

Despite my disfunctional hair-clippers, It wasn't long before all the rest of his hair was removed.

Photo This is what had come off at the end.

Suspense… Almost getting used to the idea.
Photo
Surprisingly, the reflection looks pretty good.
Photo
His side-whiskers remained. Looks nice.
Photo
The top view looks pretty cool, too.
Photo
Blue-eyed, bold-headed boy.
Photo
It's time to get dressed again. It's time to face the momma.
Photo
Such a dangerous metalhead… And now a skinhead too. Poor momma…
Photo
Looks good in front of his mother's garden. She was … surprised.
Photo
Look at all those pretty flowers! Such a flowery mommy, such a bold boy.

I hope you've enjoyed this as much a I have. Let me know if you have. I'm always looking for better captions and nicer design, so if you feel inspired, share your inspiration. Also if you feel inclined to post-process the photographs a bit, please …
